Champion@Work Summer Internship Opportunity

My Chapel is inviting local businesses and community leaders to partner with us this summer through our Champion@Work Program — an exciting opportunity to invest directly in the future workforce of our community.

We are currently seeking businesses willing to host 14 motivated youth (ages 16–18) who possess raw potential, strong character, and a desire to learn, but may not yet have formal job experience or developed workplace skills.

Through the support of one of our funders, our nonprofit organization is working to empower and prepare the next generation by introducing young people to real-world business environments, professional expectations, and meaningful mentorship.

Champion@Work connects local businesses with students eager to:

• Learn workplace responsibility

• Develop professional communication skills

• Understand business operations

• Build networking confidence

• Discover career pathways

• Grow in accountability and excellence

Last year’s pilot (beta) program was a tremendous success thanks to six incredible partner businesses who stepped up to mentor students:

• Sinita Solis Law

• Mike Law

• My Chapel

• Inspira Coffee

These companies helped show our youth that success is possible through hard work, responsibility, and mentorship— and the impact was life-changing.

💰 What It Costs Your Business

Nothing.

My Chapel covers student compensation.
There is no financial cost to participating businesses — only an investment of leadership and mentorship.
